Olasz bicikli felújítása

Egy újabb bicikli került a szerelőasztalra.
Amikor elkezdtem felmérni a kerékpár állapotát még nem gondoltam, hogy mennyi időt és pénzt fog felemészteni. De ez már csak ilyen.
Amikor hozzám került még darabokban volt és ecsettel volt lefestve szinte minden része. Étkezési zsírral volt kenve minden golyós kosár. Hát szinte minden része rossz volt.

A vázat teljesen fémig le kellett csiszolni. A sárvédőket tartó pálcákat le kellettek gyártani. Szerelés közben derült ki, hogy a kerékpár olasz, vagyis a csavarok és az egyéb alkatrészek nem a magyar szabvány szerint készültek. A beszerzésük így nehezebb volt és egy kicsit több időt vett igénybe.
De minden erőfeszítés és minden bosszúságot nézve az eredmény megérte.

A matricázás lemaradt, mivel nem ismeret a típust így nem tudtam beszerezni hozzá az eredeti matricákat. De szerintem így is tökéletes lett.A lámpát csak előre szereltem fel, mivel a hátsó lámpa nem a sárvédőre lesz felhelyezve. Az első féket is eltávolítottam. Nincs rá szükség.

Szerintem jól sikerült. És még egy kerékpár megmenekült a vasteleptől, hogy újra koptassa a magyar aszfaltot.
