EAG porszívó

Általános probléma a porszívók gyors le amortizációja.
Sokszor a kis hibákat nem vesszük észre és a szerkezetet nem visszük el szervizbe. Ilyenkor csak erőlködik a motor. Elég ha csak a porfogó szivacsok vagy a pollenszűrő része el van tömődve. Sajnos a motor bemelegszik és a kommutátor el kezd beolvadni a szénkefétől. Esetleg a por átszivárog a motortérbe és a zárt csapágyak részei közé bejut és a csapágy beáll. Amíg a kommutátor nem sérül nagy mértékben akkor nincs gond. De ha a képen látható módon berágódik sajnos csere.:

A motor csapágy cseréje ajánlott. Ez kb 1500 Forint költség.
Majd mindent alaposan kitakarítani és elmosni. Ezután lehet összerakni és kipróbálni. Első pillanatban fura illata lesz miután elindítjuk. De elmarad egy kis járatás után. Én ezt mindig szűrők nélkül végzem.
Ha minden jól megy akkor újra hadba fogható a takarító szerkezetünk. nem kell elkeseredni ha nem sikerül. Úgyis kidobtuk volna ez csak egy próbálkozás a lehetséges javításra.
